Still have no response from Blizzard, used the e-mail query method yesterday. Tried to log on this morning and after entering several bad authenticator codes I am once again locked out of my own account due to multiple attempts. Says I have to call Billing. Guess I need to find a block of 2-3 hours or somewhere today while I am on hold to get this resolved.
