I apologize if you've been experiencing difficulty with contacting our Billing and Account Services department by phone, Japiam. If you recorded the serial number for your Mobile Authenticator before your phone crashed, or you still have access to the authentication key for your original World of Warcraft account, then I suggest you continue your attempts to contact our Billing department by phone for assistance.
Alternatively, if you do not have access to the information listed above, or if you continue to encounter difficulty with getting in contact with us by phone, then you may request the removal of an authenticator from an account by submitting a completed copy of the following Terms of Use form along with a photo copy of your ID.
