This issue is not the result of a bug, Quesyion. As the other posters have mentioned, likely this is the result of an account compromise. Often computers can become infected with malicious software such as trojans and keyloggers than transmit account login information to third parties in order to gain access to other accounts.

I’d very much recommend reading through the following threads, as they contain a wealth of information regarding how to recover your account and prevent future compromise through computer security.

Additionally, once you have regained control of the account and ensured your computer is free of malicious software, create an in-game petition detailing what happened. The receiving Game Master will be able to forward your account information to our Character Specialists for investigation and potential restoration.

Also, if you have not already, looking into attaching a Battle.net Authenticator to the account may be most useful. It can add an extra layer of security, helping to prevent further unauthorized access.
