Customer Service Issues

Recently I made the mistake of purchasing the Herkuml War token to test out with my hunter for an ICC run. Needless to say I was quite disappointed with the results I logged in Recount and was quite dissatisfied and was just getting ready to return the item when some Real Life agro hit. Now I have seen Blizzard return items that friends have vended., accidentally disenchant, or deleted, so I have asked our servers gm to please understand the situation and take back this completely worthless trinket for hunters. So far I have been told 1 they are unable to 2. They are unwilling to 3. erased my petitions and not once letting me speak to a gm directly. If the purpose is to provide an enjoyable gaming environment and keep your customers satisfaction high, your falling way short this time.

It should be no issue to take the token and return my badges so that it does not put me another 2 weeks behind in my progression for my t10 set. I mean I put up with gold farmers, hackers, spammers, buggy instances, annoying trade chat (anal) all for the sake of the core game being great. I don't know if I will put up with this poor customer service and would probably just end my account and not even purchase any new content.

I'm sorry you feel that way, but this is not poor customer service.

This is not meant to be a try before you buy option, it was put in for our player's convenience due to MISTAKES. It was never intended for the purpose you wished to use it for.

As already mentioned, that timer does not advance when logged out.
