ICC Valithria - Can't Get Loot [BUG]

Short story, we wiped at the same time as we healed Valithria to full. She did the emote, killed the baddies - and somehow some rot worms showed up and wiped the raid. Now the Cache of the Dreamwalker is sitting on the floor, Rot Worms are sitting on the floor and won't despawn, and the door is shut. It's been a half hour or so and the situation is obviously not improving.

I've opened a ticket in game, but what's the procedure here? Is there any point n us hanging around? I'm silly to hope that the ticket gets a response within a timeframe of an hour or two, right?

Oh, btw, the toon that put in the ticket is Silicone, on Perenolde, if that matters.

No need to wait around. Have everyone wait outside the instance for about 30 minutes so that it will soft reset. That should clear those mobs but the chest will go with them.
The GM answering the ticket will likely send your issue off to be investigated in full. That will decide if you did qualify for the loot and will work with you to send the loot.

Precisely. Though the soft reset will likely take the chest with it we will almost certainly be able to verify what dropped and award the loot. Queue times are currently around 24-48 hours so make sure that whoever submitted the petition leaves it open.
