Currently the prepaid credit cards are not officially supported on our site, which could be a part of the issue.
The reason normally lies with the fact we check against your zip code your financial institution has on file, as well as your name. Some prepaid credit cards do not have this information stored on their card, so when we ping to request and validate it, we are unable to match up the information.
If you have tried clearing the cookies and temporary internet files and you are still unable to get the card to process you may want to contact our Billing & Account services phone team directly for assistance.

I am unable to guarantee they can process the card for you, but as you already have the card, it doesn't hurt to try. Just be aware that some financial institutions do have pending charge policies which can place temporary holds for any transactions you attempt. These would be released in line with their policies.
