While it is not possible to trade Onyxia's Head in twice, if this was a recent error, then our staff may be in a position to lend a hand. While we recognize that mistakes happen, we also encourage our players to select their quest rewards and make purchases carefully. It's best to submit a petition as soon as possible if one should select the wrong quest reward.

No restoration or exchange is ever guaranteed, of course, but I wish you luck! When you submit your petition, please be explicit about the name of the quest, as well as the specific name of the quest reward you hope to acquire.
