Log In Battle.net E-mail problem.

My Battle.net E-mail Address has big problem, I can't log in Forums too.

Now, I use my friend account Login in to find some help.

When I am in China, I already have a World of Warcraft account but when I arrived in New Zealand when I applied for a U.S. World of Warcraft account service device problem lies in the two war-mail network of the same name cause I can not log in the U.S. server, it always shows battle net To The account you're trying to login with is not allowed into this region.
I want to know how can I solve this problem.

If you were able to setup 2 Battle.net accounts using the same e-mail address, such as a CN and a US account, then this could definitely cause issues logging into either account. At the moment, the best way to resolve this issue would be to create a new e-mail address for your Battle.net account to use, and contact the Billing and Account Services department for your region to request the e-mail address be updated.

Multiple region Battle.nets are going to have an issue if the same email is used.

You need to establish another email for one of them - and contact Billing for further assistance.

You will get the 'region' message when trying to sign-in when this is the issue.
