I know listing the account User ID is a security risk so if any mod can help me out or email me the account in question has a LVL 80 hunter named Serath on Blackhand (A) and im posting this from my fiance's account. Yesterday I was kicked offline around 11-12 PM and was unable to log in. I got a message that the authenticator was being serviced for 2 hours and i'd be unable to log on. Shortly after this I received a request to my battle.net gmail address asking me to reset the password on the account which I did. Something else to note was that the secret question answer I chose was no longer working for the account. After resetting the password I tried to log in only to find that the account was banned for 'in game exploitation of the economy, trading in game gold for money'. I know this for a fact to be untrue because I'm far to nerdy to risk compromising my account due to the tremendous time i've spent on my characters. I know Blizzard is very stern with regards to the issue and was looking for clarification or explanation as to what triggered the temp ban if anything. Thanks as always and I'll check the thread in the future.
Serath.
