How Long to Speak to a GM?

I submitted a Ticket to speak to a GM several hours prior to Tuesday maintenance - and all I have is an icon saying something about a"high volume of petitions." How do I know that I will be able to speak to a GM ? How many days does this process take? Thank You.

Anyone else experiencing these 48 hour wait times? Cause people are telling me roughly 24 hours before I get a response which hasn't' been the case....

I don't see anything jumping right out that you'd need to be online for this request to be considered.
