How do I check how many "Grant a Level" left?

I got a character to 60 with "Recruit a friend" it its grants 29 levels I believe? I used some of it to help out my other toons. Now I want to know how many I have left over. Can a GM on here please help me look it up?
The toon that can "Grant a Level" is "Manaslinger" on the realm Bladefist. Also, is there a way to reset it to back to 29?

Manaslinger currently has 16 levels left to grant, Immersed. I'm afraid that you are unable to gain any additional grantable levels on this character as it has already reached level 60, but you could always level another character to earn additional levels to grant. :)
