GM Ticket unanswered for 3 days?

Are you guys really this behind? I've been online at least 10 hours a day with my game open behind work stuff, and my ticket status is still 'we are experiencing a high volume of petitions.' This seems a little ridiculous.

It looks like you did close out the first petition, Helenn, the one currently in queue has been there for almost 1 day 19 hours. Given your request we may not be able to assist. That type of refund isn't something that we are generally able to assist with but it never hurts to ask. One of our Game Masters will look into your request and let you know.
