There are all kinds of security checks on internet transactions and credit cards, Nuke.
I have no way of knowing for certain, but since you are somewhere significantly different than where we show you registered....and/or your credit card company thinks you are - this could be tripping something.
Only Billing would be able to assist further, or possibly know more specific reasons for this.
You might try giving them a call.
