The Troll Deligation would like to put Vol'jin in the running for the title of "Lich King". The deligation feels that this is the only way we will get a capital city and a margin of respect. Hellscream becomes the "peace chief" then we should leave the horde, maybe join the scourge or another tribe of trolls.
