Didn't receive loot

Just thought I'd ask here cause the ingame ticket queue is very long (my last ticket was queued over 24 hours before I abandoned it). I just ran Pit of Saron and due to a bad tank died during first boss fight, I didn't release, Forgemaster Garfrost dropped Unspeakable Secret. I rolled need on it, the other dps rolled greed the tank passed and the healer didn't roll. The tank then left group, and the healer followed suit, I didn't get rezzed and had to release, on my way back to the instance the other dps left group as well. By the time I got back to the instance it had reset and I didn't receive the staff.

Edit: This is the character I ran PoS on, he's 80 but it's not updated here for some reason

That sounds like a pretty complicated situation, but I hope our staff is in a position to help. The forums are not a means to by-pass the in-game petition queue though, and it will be necessary to submit an in-game petition including the specifics of your request to receive assistance.
