The title speaks for itself. It's to make Mana Tide Totem trainable rather than just in the Resto tree. Would help alot in Melee groups with mana users, as well as casters groups.

Anyone else?

I think our abilities should be mana free too. It limits us so much.

You can't compare the two, I'm afraid. Night and day, regardless of the fact that they both restore mana. There are so MANY reasons, beyond even the most obvious. I'll let players who understand explain.
