Missing Wind Rider Cub and Gryphon Hatchling

Some of my characters got the in game mail for these pets after I entered the code and some didn't. Is this an issue I need to post here?

The following response was written by one of our new teammates. Because they are still in training and do not yet possess a forum account of their own, they shall be posting via proxy through me.

Flats is correct, Oppenheimer. If you are missing the Wind Rider Cub and Gryphon Hatchling pets on an account that redeemed these codes, please do create an in-game petition and explain the issue. Be sure to mention the name and realm of the characters that do not have these pets, and the receiving Game Master will be happy to investigate. Thank you so much for your patience!
