Battle.net Character Transfer Question

Okay, so here's my problem.
Account A is merged to Battle.net.
Account B is merged to the same Battle.net account that Account A is on.
I want to transfer a character from Account B to Account A.
In the character transfer menu:

When I enter the Target Account:

If I enter the battle.net account, I get the error: You must select a World of Warcraft account that has been merged into a Battle.net account.

If I enter the WoW account A, I get the error: This World of Warcraft account has already been merged into a Battle.net account. Please use the Battle.net account as the target account.

Reminder: Account A and Account B are on the same battle.net account, and neither the name of account A nor the name of Account B works.

Even though both World of Warcraft accounts are bound to the same Battle.net account, you should still enter the Battle.net account account name that you are looking to transfer to as the destination. The following page will then ask you to select which World of Warcraft account you wish to transfer to within that Battle.net account.
