Faction Change with mail in box problem.

Hi ive been having this issue I try to faction change but when i accept it tells me: An error has occurred on this page A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox.

When i have no mail in my mailbox and i dont have mail being sent to me ive checked everything.

The character im trying to faction change is:

Name: Starmiss
Realm: Greymane

It appears there were a few “spam” e-mails that were unable to be seen by you, Starmiss. These in-game mails are automatically blocked to help avoid players from getting scammed, and to help cut down on gold selling solicitations. I have taken the liberty of removing the in-game mail from the character in question, and you should be able to initiate the Faction Change in roughly ten to fifteen minutes.

Spores should be freed up for transfer.
