i made a new player on other server..... its possible to send the heirloom item for another player of same faction in other server?

Currently, it is not possible to transfer heirloom items between characters on different realms or of different factions Myshakal.
If you were interested, you could potentially place the heirloom item on an eligible character, and then transfer that character to the destination realm using a Character Transfer, but as that process carries a cost, it may not be an alternative that you are interested in turning to.
