Paid Character Transfer problem.

Bought a Visa Gift Card ($30) and I wanted to spend it on a Realm transfer.

As I get into the page with the credit card fill ups, I get "An error has occured on this page. We encountered a problem processing this credit card."

I checked my balance and it's at $30. I'm aware that the fee is $25 for the character transfer, so I don't know what's going on...

EDIT: I am also 100% sure I have filled in the correct credit card informations..

This is pretty much correct. We do not officially support pre-paid credit cards at this time. There tend to be issues with proper verification which could keep a transaction from going through on the site. If you have registered the card, you may wish to try clearing your cookies and temp files, or using a different web browser to process the transaction. If the issue persists, you can call Billing directly to have them try the card over the phone, but it is not guaranteed to work successfully.
