Is there anyway to track the progress of an item purchased from the Blizzard store?

I can't seem to find it myself

Actually, I believe that you should have been sent this information via email, though I believe that Authenticators are an exception:

the Deleted text contains the information I was given there is no tracking number :( And yes the CC was billed.

The Number in there does not work for UPS tracking, so I'm assuming that's blizzard's internal tracking Number


Ahh, my mistake! The tracking number isn't sent in the body of the email, but rather is now available via your Battle.net Order History page:

Just click the order you're curious about, and the tracking number should be available there =). If there are any issues, you can contact our Billing & Account Services department directly here:
