Unfortunately, Kwanity, our Billing department has been receiving a high volume of calls for a while. They are working to get to each call as quickly as possible so if you get a busy signal please try again.
I highly recommend sending an e-mail from the address registered to the account as well, Kwanity. Though by phone is generally faster for such an issue if you are unable to get through before they close they may be able to help you that way.
