Help! Can't log on WoW, Authenticator Code?

Ever since yesterday I have not been able to log onto my characters due to some Authenticator Code that pops up when I enter my acc name and password. I have never set up an Authenticator Code on this account so idk what to put into the blank. What also doesn't help is that for some reason, every time I call blizzard on that 1-800-59-blizzard line, they say that all the operators are occupied and that I need to call back later. Also I emailed blizzard but I have yet to receive a reply. Any advice?

Unfortunately, Kwanity, our Billing department has been receiving a high volume of calls for a while. They are working to get to each call as quickly as possible so if you get a busy signal please try again.

I highly recommend sending an e-mail from the address registered to the account as well, Kwanity. Though by phone is generally faster for such an issue if you are unable to get through before they close they may be able to help you that way.
