I am forever stuck!! Instance servers down??

Tried to zone into ICC...got DC'd at the loading screen and now every time I try to log in I get DC'd.
It seems the instance servers are down?

That being the case, I am going to request that you submit an in-game petition, Bermy. As mentioned above, you are going to want to include the phrase “Stuck” within text of the petition, to ensure the quickest response.
