Achievements Lost on Faction/Server Change

The above thread was my initial way of trying to get help on a similar situation like my guildmate did. Since then I have created a petition and waited two days to hear an answer and when I finally did I was told by the GM he/she could not do anything about it. I am only missing out on two achievements that I should of had when I did my Faction/Server change last week and they are the following:

"I've Toured the Fjord" - It shows I only have 39/105 completed.
"Fo' Grizzle My Shizzle" - It shows I only have 32/75 completed.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this issue.
