I want my toons back

Here i go, a few months ago i went total nerd rage crazy and deleted all my toons thinking i would never play wow again, well as you all can see im back. i sent a in-game petition to a GM and after waiting a day for a response i log in too see he had left me a massage saying that blizzard is going to do an investigation on this....i don't get it what do they have to investigate i told them i did it out of rage, i just want to play again b/c all my friends came back to wow and now i have to sit on the bench. I don't even care about the gold and mats i had I JUST WANT MY TOONS BACK. Please help me out here i relay don't want to wait two weeks to play.

From there you will likely need to follow up and open an in-game petition for item restoration(s) if you desire those as well.

Odds are this investigation is just meant as the restoration went into the queue for account investigations. A specialist will investigate your account to look for the deleted characters to see if it is possible for a restoration to happen. Also, missing gold, items, and the like are normally done with these. It can take some time depending on how much was lost and how long ago it was, so just keep an eye out for updates from the Game Masters as they will be made available when possible.
