Account hacked/ suspended

i am on a trial account at the moment because my main account got hacked/suspended
i was on my hunter kkthxbai in ICC, on thaurissan server around 2050-2110 svt, when i got disconnected, when i tried to log on , it said details given was wrong/invalid, when i tried to log on to my battlenet account, it said email given not in used. about 15 min later, i receive 2 emails from blizz, one stating that i have requested a change of password and another stated that i receive 72 hr ban for exploiting wow economy by trading wow gold for real life money.

for the first email, i couldnt have requested for a change in password because i was stuck in log in page on my battlenet /wow account as my passwords/email given was invalid
for the economy exploit, i do not purchase/sell wow gold unless doing gdkp runs are considered exploits( i'm not running the gdkp runs and i did not ninja anything)

if the "economy exploit" occurred after i dc'ed, could i recover my game time and get my suspension lifted as soon as possible, if it its something i did before then, could i get a more detailed explanation of what i have done wrong unintentionally?

i tried calling blizzard from Singapore using the 1800-328-8881 hot line but no operator was available, the other number 80025499273 is not in used, when i called +65 6388 8881, they referred me to the 1800 number listed above.

i received another email at 0300am gmt+8 from blizzard, stating i requested yet another change of password today. i have email blizzard and open a gm ticket using this trial account in game, both are still waiting for a response.
