WoW Account Moved From One B.net to Another

Hi,

A friend of mine and I recently took advantage of the RAF system and leveled alts. He sent the invite to me, using an email address that wasn't my Battle.net registered email. I was unaware at the time that two WoW accounts could be on the same Battle.net login.

Needless to say, I was surprised to find that there was a 30-day lockout period on transferring characters from one B.net to another. I've done research on these forums on similar problems and it's always referred to calling or emailing Billing. I've done both over the last 4 days. I've sent an email directly to billing. I've tried using the online webform and I've been calling 2-3 times a day (attempting to figure out when peak hours were so I had a greater chance to get through).

The problem is this, I've received no response on either email (this is understandable as I personally hate checking the 50 or so I get a day). My problem is that I can't get through to Blizzard billing and I'm coming to this forum as a last resort (per recommendation of the recording, which is awesome by the way...)

Is there anything I can do to expedite the process of moving one account from my secondary B.net to my primary? I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Thank you for your time!

While I am unable to offer any guarantees, our Billing and Account Services department would be happy to review the accounts in question, and see what options may be available to you, Zerghoul. However, due to security concerns we normally require that both accounts are verified over the phone with the registered account holder.

I’m sorry if you’ve encountered any difficulty with getting in contact with us so far, but please continue to your attempts to call in periodically as you will be placed on hold as soon as a spot is available for you.

Thank you for your understanding, Zerghoul, and I wish you the best of luck!
