Guild Bank Issue

When I logged in this morning, I went to get some green gems out of my guild bank for my daily JC quest. Once at the guild bank, I came to find that it was completely empty. I figured it was just lag and not everything had loaded. The money was still all there, so this seemed like a safe bet. After about 5 log outs and maybe 20 minutes of total waiting, nothing showed up. It was extremely frustrating, because I had just recently got hacked and had all my things restored, and tossed back into the gbank. I sighed, figured it was all starting over again, and checked the guild bank logs to see who took what.

Nothing was there.

At this point, I'm not quite certain what to say. Is it bugged out? Was some crazy powerful magic cast that whisked away everything in my gbank? Mostly just looking for some help here.
