Is griefing a dungeon run against the rules?

So, I knew this was gonna be a bad run as soon as I joined. I was immediatly greeted with HELLO NIG**** as soon as I joined a halfway done Violet Hold. The healer BoPs me while trying to tank the portal groups (at full heatlh no less) being cute. I politely inform him I can see why your other tank left. So at that point him and his guild begin to redicule me, and refuse to heal me anymore. I die, they leave me dead of course refusing to ressurect me. I tell them no problem, I will just stay afk while you finish my daily for me. They still are in the proccess of kiting the boss around and around violet hold as I type this thinking its cute. Can anything be done about this? I don't think simply adding them to ignore is enough, as there is limits on how many people can be put on ignore -_-
