Epic Flying -- Is it still useful these days?

Before regular flyers went at 150% speed -- I used to get Epic Flying on my characters. However, now that they go moderately fast ... I'm starting to question if it's really worth it for my new characters. I've always viewed epic flying as a luxury, and there's plenty of other things out there to buy -- but I usually always got it anyways because it just made things a whole lot easier.

What do you guys think?

Before when the normal flight speed was 60%, for me I think it did feel mandatory as it was a little painful to move that slowly. Now with the normal speed being 150%, I don't feel it's something of extremely high priority when leveling new characters, but something I always end up getting.

I mean 130-160% (depending on your flyer), increase is pretty significant.
