Opened a ticket 3 days ago and am still waiting for some sort of response. Do you really think that this is good customer service?

I do apologize for the wait time you’ve experienced Billups, we’re just as unhappy with the extended queue duration as you are, however, we are indeed working to address this as quickly as possible. As others have mentioned, we’re always looking for qualified and talented individuals to join our ranks.
