Bad experience with a GM

I wait for days for a response to my ticket and then the GM does not even talk to me while I am online (he/she answered my ticket while I was online) and denys my request because of lack of "proof".

In specific, I asked for a restoration of my enchanting rod because apparently it was vendored years ago when I was hacked on a character I had retired. At the time and until now, I had not played that character and did not notice the enchanting rod was vendored.

The reason I requested it to be restored is if I try and start from scratch with all the rods to get to my current rod (300 enchanting) I could be spending over 1000 gold+ which I don't have.

The GM said they could not restore it because of lack of proof that I had the rod in the first place.

I have 300 enchanting, isn't that enough PROOF?!??!!! Some common sense would really go a long way with issues like this.

My character is Praystatìon, level 66 dwarf priest (at this time). Now I have to wait more days to possibly get denied again without effort.

Can someone out there help me? I know it's been a while, but can't I at least get my current enchanting rod restored so I don't have to wait till I am level 80 and farm hundreds of gold to get back to this point. Enchanting is costly enough to level much less start from scratch with rods. The blacksmith rods (just one component) on the auction house are ridiculously overpriced on my realm and I will have to craft every single one to get up to this point.

HELP!!

The following response was written by one of our new teammates. Because they are still in training and do not yet possess a forum account of their own, they shall be posting via proxy through me.

I do apologize for any frustration experienced Eatmor, but it appears there was a bit of confusion regarding your previous petition. At the moment, it seems the issue is being investigated, so I’d expect to receive a response from a Game Master shortly to your in-game mailbox. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.

Additionally, should you wish to comment on the level of service you received from any specific Game Master, or the in-game support department as a whole, please feel free to send an email to [email protected]. This will go to a member of our management team, allowing them to review your thoughts, good or bad and use them for the betterment of the Game Master staff. Your comments are most appreciated, so please, speak your mind =).
