Prepaid Mastercard Trouble.

Hello Customer Service forum, I recently just purchased a 100$ Prepaid Mastercard. I would like to buy a paid character transfer(realm to realm 25$) I seem to be having some troubles on the transactions page. The Mastercard is activated, I can't seem to figure out what to put for Your Name: and the ZIP/Postal Code blanks. The name on the card says For, You. I'm not sure what to put in the ZIP/Postal Blank, Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you.
