Cannot sell back my Heirloom chest-piece.

I accidentally bought the wrong heirloom(I know my stupid fault) and I cannot return it for the emblems. I still have well over an hour left on the item. The item hasn't left the character, it hasn't even changed the packslot it is taking up. No enchants, nothing, I should be able to refund it, yet I can't.

Any idea if this was intended with heirlooms or how can I go about getting this corrected?

It seems a Game Master has already addressed your petition Letale. I’d recommend checking your in-game mailbox for more information regarding this specific issue. Thanks for your patience and understanding while we worked to investigate this situation!
