... Can't call Blizzard?

So I've been trying to call Blizzard support for some problems I'm having with my account and erm, they just tell me they're busy. I don't get a queue or anything, just call at another time. This has been happening for the past half an hour... I remember there used to be a queue... Am I wrong?

There is a hold queue, Serbian, but we also have a message when those queues are full.

There are two possible messages when you call. Make sure you wait until it says that all lines are currently busy before you hang up. Our representatives are working through the calls as quickly as possible so please continue trying to get through.

Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.
