My authenticator does not work

i just put it in and when i go to log in i put my name and password and the authenticator number i wrote it down and when i went to log on it said that it wrong number as if it thinks im going to hack into my own account put same 6 number in 3 times and now it lock it and said have to call them if i log into battle.net and today just got authenticator is the 6 number on the authenticator the same all the time or diffrent because mine keep giveing me diffrent random numbers and the one i restiger in saying that not the number even those i put it in

It sounds like there may have been a slight misunderstanding on how the Authenticators function, Starzy. The six-digit digital numeric code that is produced when you press the button on the front of your Battle.net Authenticator is a unique and is valid only once. You have approximately a 30 second window in which each code is valid and may be used, if you miss this window, or incorrectly type a code in, it should void that code, and you will have to try again.

If your account has been locked then you are going to need to contact our Billing & Account Services department, they should be able to return access to your. You may reach them through one of the following methods:
