Someone keeps changing my password!!

someone keeps trying to change my password. I was trying to log in a couple hrs ago and it said wrong pw. I reseted my pw then logged in and half my gear was gone and all my gold on my main n alt was gone. and now like 5 min ago someone just reseted my password AGAIN and is doing it as I speak. and I just spoke to a GM and he gave me the usual "refer to the rules/info" online crap and said he so called "forwarded" my ticket to a specialist.

As has already been mentioned, if they can continue to obtain your information - they WILL be back.

If they are so readily accessing it - that makes me wonder if your email might also be compromised. It's entirely possible they are pulling information directly from there.

I'd also recommend changing that password at the very least once you are certain your system is secure.

I'd also highly recommend looking into an authenticator for your account if you haven't already done so.
