RAF Trial to Full Account error?

Earlier today, i sent my friend a RAF invite. He accepted and our accounts were linked.
Later today he fully upgraded his trial to a full account and we have experienced some odd errors.

He now has to select WoW1 or WoW2 upon logging into WoW, WoW2 being his old trial account and WoW1 being his new account, which unfortunately still has trial restrictions.

The biggest problem is that we do not recieve RAF bonuses on either WoW1 or WoW2, and upon checking his recruit a friend status only his trial account shows us as being linked.

Help? :(

I'd wager instead of upgrading his linked trial - he made a new account.

He needs to give our Billing Department a ring just as soon as possible.
