Been trying for quite a few days to track an order from the Blizzard Store, after getting no information I called USPS customer service and they said it's not a valid tracking, label/recepeit, or anything number. Is the tracking number listed under my item specifically for Blizzard's use? And if so, why does it say "Your USPS shipment tracking number is <insert #>"

[quote]If you ordered an authenticator and you have a U.S. address, it was shipped via USPS Priority Mail. There is no tracking available, despite a tracking number being assigned to your order. If your order status indicates it has been shipped, you can expect it to arrive in about a week, though it can take as long as 2 weeks in some cases.[/quote
This is pretty much correct. I do apologize for any confusion in the matter. Since Authenticators are shipped via standard ground, this does not include tracking, but some orders processed include a number erroneously. As noted in the product description, you should see it arrive within 15 business days, and it will come via all standard USPS mail to your address.
