I recently got recruited by a friend to try WoW. After leveling for a bit, I decided to upgrade my account to a full version of the game. When I went to do a direct online upgrade, I got a 202 error stating that Blizzard could not process my credit card information and that I should contact a billing representative.
Weird part is, I checked my bank account statement this morning, and I have a charge from blizzard for 20$, but my battle.net account says that my WoW account is still a trial. I haven't been able to get in contact with any Blizzard reps on the phone, so I was hoping someone could help me out here.
