Stalker on my server. Harassment issue.

Between me and my GF we have reported him for sexual harassment, harassment, griefing,etc etc.
He stalks us in game, going zone to zone trash talking me, her, and our guild.
He has threatened her physically in txt messages, facebook, emails, and phone calls.
Verizon, facebook, etc have all been very helpful with cutting him out of the picture.
In game he harasses us, sexually harasses her, griefing(we're an RP server), to real life threats.
the real life threats have occurred within the game. He has threatened to come to where i live twice. in precise detail of where my home is. as well as using my full name, not my character, my real name(not disclosing that here)

The GMs have let this go long enough. We're both extremely pissed off by this. Every day we log in to play a game we've enjoyed for years to wonder "what is X going to pull today"

Don't get me wrong , I love Blizzard. However, this is completely unacceptable. A player has threatened to go to someones home and physically assault them. and it's written off because "threats aren't usually followed through". It doesn't matter if they aren't. If someone threatens me like that out of the game, I can go to the police and have him thrown in cuffs immediately. When it comes to GMs all we get is an "I'll look into it" or the "We'll investigate" letter.

We're actively seeking to press charges and file restraining orders. However filing the restraining order is hard when you do not know the players actual name or location. If I go to the police/courthouse , how do I follow up with this?

I don't want to be one of those "do something or we're quitting/switching servers/rolling other faction" threads. but it's to that point. Something needs to be done. I can't even log into WoW without getting annoyed.

he's actually gotten our phone numbers, face books, addresses, emails, vent info, and is now offering this info to people in the game.

TL;DR I need something done about this stalker before i file a lawsuit/press charges.
Reasons: Invasion of privacy, stalking, harassment, griefing, sexual harassment.

While I cannot provide and specific details regarding actions taken upon another player's account, I can tell you that on-going harassment is not an issue we take lightly, and should the harassment continue this player will find him or herself making a quick exit from the game. Please continue to report this issue to our attention as you come across it in game and we will assuredly take all appropriate action to ensure any actions deemed in violation of our policies are put to rest as quickly as possible.

As has been stated by a few of your fellow players, please be sure to indicate within your petition that this is a previously reported on-going harassment issue that has been reported multiple times when submitting petitions in regards to this matter. While we cannot take action for contact attempts that take place out of the game, we will gladly review conversations which take place in-game, and take all appropriate action.

Should you truly feel as if you or your girlfriend is in physical danger, please contact your local authorities. If they require any information from us in regards to this issue, we will gladly oblige once contacted.
