Authenticator Key locked

Hi, I have been trying to log into the game this evening, but my authenticator key has apparently been locked. The same thing happened a week ago, but I was able to get ahold of customer service over the phone to get it unlocked again.

Over the rest of the week I also experienced issues where it seemed that the timing of the number on the server and the number on my keychain were out of sync. I detached my authenticator and added it to my account again, and everything seemed to be running smoothly until tonight.

Please let me know what I could do to avoid this error in the future. If my authenticator could be unlocked I'd appreciate it, I'd be willing to call over the phone in the morning as well. Thanks!

I went ahead and reset the authenticator for your account, you should be able to log in properly now :)

To note, the authenticator doesn't really get "out of sync" by much at all. They can be out of sync with the 30 second time period they change at, which leads to confusion. Just be aware that the code switches very quickly and maybe even wait for the code to switch over to a new one before attempting the log in and you should be good. By this, I mean keep pressing the authenticator button, and the code that appears will switch. The moment it switches to the new one begins the new 30 second period, giving you the best window to help input the code then if you just went ahead and did it.
