Can't report spam?

So theres two people now I need to report as spam. I try to report them as soon as I see them.

However, it seems one very well known gold selling site is getting smarter, as when I right click to report spam, it doesn't give me the option. Are they worming their way in through some chat system like what the gms use? Or is this an issue with my setup?

The following response was written by one of our new teammates. Because they are still in training and do not yet possess a forum account of their own, they shall be posting via proxy through me.

As Tamilyn suggested Sylax, if you are unable to report a spammer via the “Report Spam” feature, please do create a petition or send an email to [email protected] and give the name and realm of the offending character, as well as a relative time frame of the occurrence. We’ll be happy to check into the chat logs and see if anything nefarious is going on =).

As always, any help in notifying us and keeping the game free of spammers and cheaters is most appreciated!
