Server Transfer/Faction Change - Name Problem

This morning I transfered a character to a new server and also bought a faction change. The character's old name was flagged for change (it was already used on the new server, and, after the transfer, appeared in the character selection screen with several numbers after it).

I changed his name to what I wanted it to be when I was in the character creation screen from the faction change.

After finalizing his look I went to log in and BAM, I am told my name has been flagged for change. I am guessing that the character was flagging for a name change, and that flag is not cleared when you change the name in the faction transfer.

It's pretty frustrating to pay $55.00 and not get the name you want, especially on an RP server. If a CS representative sees this post and can help me out I'd be grateful. I have also opened an in-game ticket to try to resolve this.
