RaF free month, beginning or end of billing?

So I don't know if the subject made a lot of sense to anybody, but I have a quick question.

My main account and my referred account are both about to run out of play time. I haven't added time to the referred account yet (just been playing on the free 30 days you get from upgrading from a trial to full), so my free month my main account gets is still up for grabs. But my question is, if I use my credit card to pay for a month of time on my referred account, will my main account receive the free 30 days the moment I hit "Finalize" when putting in my CC info, or will I have to wait the 30 days until Blizzard charges my account, and THEN I'll get the free 30 days on my main?

I'm sorry if this is confusing to read :(

Correct. When the Referred account pays for a month, the Veteran account gets a free month applied right away, and it will activate once its current subscription period ends :)
