Issue, seriously.

So I had to reset my Android phone last night do to a software freeze. It erased my Blizzard Authenticator along with it, thus not allowing me to log into my account settings or in game. So I called the blizzard 800 number.

"We are currently experiencing a high call volume at this time, and all of our representatives are currently busy assisting other customers at this time. Unfotunately we are unable to take your call at this time, please try back again later or send us an email."

Called it 3 times now, same answer all 3 times. Seriously, not even a option to wait on hold? The hotline has only been open like 20 minutes the first time I called. So instead, I have to send an email that will probably take days to answer, and thus have to wait that long to get access to my account again? It's a simple thing, not like my account was hacked or something.

Any blues that could help speed this along so I don't lose days of PAID play time in the process?

The following response was written by one of our new teammates. Because they are still in training and do not yet possess a forum account of their own, they shall be posting via proxy through me.

You will need to speak with Billing directly in order to resolve this issue Mâthias. I do understand the frustration of encountering the busy message, but this is not the result of a lack of hold system. There are a limited number of slots in the hold queue, and when this is full, subsequent calls must be turned away. However, if you continue to call every time you receive this message, you will likely land yourself a spot in the queue.
