Getting kicked from the winter grasp raid

So every time I enter winter grasp, a character named "<removed>" gets leader. He must have some kind of program that assists him with getting lead because he gets it EVERY time. He then proceeds to kick everyone on his "list" which I apparently got put on because I was "doing nothing" in an alterac valley. So every time I do winter grasp I now get kicked...

This guy is infantile to say the least and there is nothing I can do to prevent myself from being kicked from the raid. I would like to know what Blizzard's opinion of this is and what exactly I should do because its not only me he kicks, it's everyone on his "list", which is actually a lot of people.
