The Molten Span?
I was running as a ghost to turn in Attunement to the Core and fell in... I tried to go and get onto the chain that connects to the ground but I can't get up onto the ledge. Auto-unstuck isn't working (since I'm dead I'ma ssuming).

Oh, yep, that first step over the Molten Span can be a doozy…

Also Prescilla, in the future, if you find yourself stuck while dead or otherwise, you can use the auto unstuck feature by selecting the red “?” icon from the toolbar at the bottom of your screen. If this too does not work, you can create a petition containing the information that you are stuck, as well as the name and realm of the affected character. A Game Master will then be along shortly to assist you =).
