Character Re-cust mess up

You know, I may be able to assist. Is this the character in question? If the Re-Customization just occurred I may be able to catch it for you so you can go ahead with doing a Race Change. If you prefer to just keep the customization though, that is alright as well. Let me know what you would like to do and I can look into it for you :)

Yes this is the character in question, the Re-customization icon just appeared in game, I haven't done anything with it so its not finalized or anything. I would much rather the race change, but would that mean the money i spent on the Recust would still be spent or be re reimbursed, or go toward the race change price or something? Alright, I see the Re-Customization itself. I can go ahead and remove the option and have the charge reimbursed on to your card as it has not been used yet. It can take several business days for the funds to bounce back to your available balance. Once the Re-Customization is removed, you can process a Race Change. If this is what you would like to do, just let me know and I will begin processing it now!

Done and done! You should see the Re-Customization option disappear shortly, which will mean you can now do a Race Change. The funds being returned to your card will take a bit longer, but do not worry, it is on the way ;-)
